Western Meadowlark

Our first patient of 2011 has arrived. A beautiful Western Meadowlark. The poor thing was so scared and shocky and the first 24 hours are the most critical. This morning our feathered friend was at its food bowl having some breakfast, so we are cautiously optimistic.
We are planning the release of our wintered over Merlin Hawk. She is finally fit enough for release. Keep your fingers crossed for wonderful weekend weather both this and next as the Highway cleanup is scheduled for the 30th.

Find out how to keep deer out of the garden, bats out of your house, raccoons from under your shed and much more. Hope to see you there.
